Our sales team here at Relative Insight is expanding. We are a fast-paced and high-growth SaaS business, and we offer a buzzing working environment, an amazing training programme to give you all the tools you need to be successful, along with the opportunity to work with a fantastic team who will support your professional development, especially as we encourage internal promotions! This is your chance to make an impact and have responsibility from day one. As you develop, there will be opportunities to expand the remit of the role, based upon your skills and appetite - lots of room for progression!
So what do we do?
Born out of a 10-year research project with Lancaster University’s linguistic and cyber security departments, Relative Insight originally designed its technology to support the UK government identify paedophiles masquerading as children online - heavy but important work! Our technology is based on comparison - so if you take a group of 13-year olds talking online, you'll see that the language they use is very similar. If you compare that to how a 40-year-old adult man talks, you'll notice very specific but subtle differences.
Now, we analyse our customer’s text data, such as surveys, reviews, customer experience and social, to reveal critical business insights.
We believe that text data represents one of the biggest and most valuable, but often most under-used sources of business value. It tells us why things happen, how people feel, and how best to engage with them.
What does the role involve?
As a Graduate Sales/Commercial Associate you will be working as part of our lead generation team. You will become an expert in the Relative Insight platform and know how to articulate its value and position in the market to potential clients.
You will be partnered with a Business Development Manager and you will be responsible for using all channels to generate opportunities - from LinkedIn through to events and using marketing collateral.
Once you have qualified an opportunity, it would be your responsibility to qualify the prospect and see how good of a fit they could be for us before handing over to your BDM to run the demo and continue the sales process.
What are we looking for?
