Are you someone who thrives on developing and mentoring more junior sales talent? Due to the rapid expansion within the business, the headcount within the Business Development Team is growing significantly in order for us to reach our ambitious goals. For this reason, we need a BDE Manager to take responsibility for a set number BDE’s who will directly report into them.

Due to the rapid expansion of the business, we have an opportunity for a Business Development Executive Team Manager to join one of the region’s most innovative and in-demand start-ups, working with world-leading customers such as Starbucks, Unilever and Nespresso.

The role:

As an BDE Manager, you will be responsible for:
·      Manage, motivate and develop the team of BDEs
·      Leading by example and supporting the BDEs to exceed KPIs and activity targets
·      Carrying out frequent one-to-ones to provide individual support and goal setting
·      Identifying strengths and weaknesses in the team and managing these
·      Monitoring productivity, addressing weakness areas and taking action for success
·      Ensuring the team are product experts and articulate in selling the value proposition


About you:
·      Experience leading / managing an outbound sales team
·      Strong background in lead generation and targeted environments
·      Software sales background
·      Experience working within a start up environment
·      Educated to degree level
